The rate includes: linens, towels, kitchen and bathroom ammenties, internet access via wifi and laptops.
An additional fee of € 20 is required for check-ins between 21:00 and 24:00

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled with a full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date. If the cancellation is made 48 hours before the supposed arrival the amount will be paid in full.
CITY TAX
The rates do not include the City Tax for the City of Rome. The amount of € 3.5 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 days and excluding children under 10 years of age) is required and is payable on arrival.
